With the UPS store burned up, how will we return our Amazon packages? This is the question that is on everyone’s lips after the fire at South Plaza damaged the UPS Store as well as other plaza merchants.

“That salad spinner that was a different shade of green than it looked online. I can’t live with that. I have to send it back,” said local resident James Magee.

Some residents were concerned about having to venture to Spring Hill to their UPS store. I have not been to Spring Hill before, said long time Brooksville resident Louis, I hear they have coyotes.

Other residents worried that they would have to go to an actual store like Kohls to return their merchandise. It has been so long since I have been to a store that I don’t remember what I am supposed to do. Do I go to the counter and request what I need? Can I just do everything on my phone? Do I have to interact with other customers? Maybe I can live with that shade of green salad spinner.

One resident, Harry Haroldson, commented on his experience at Kohl’s. “At first I was taken back, the products did not have reviews. How could I buy something without input from Jim in Iowa? But there I picked something out and had to go to the checkout counter, but I was able to take the product home with me. It was so fulfilling to not have to wait a day or two for the product to arrive. This going to the store is going to be the next big thing. My kids had never seen anything like it. They haven’t stopped talking about it.”
